Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We offer free shipping on most of the pre-paid orders. For some exceptional cases, shipping fees will be applicable for pre-paid orders; these will be calculated at checkout. For COD orders, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

• For all orders placed, we ask for order confirmation through call / WhatsApp and the order will be shipped only after positive confirmation. We request you to co-operate with the data requested by them.

• All orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (Monday – Friday). We use reputed and highly rated third-party courier services for shipping of the orders and hence have minimal control over the delivery after the order is shipped out from our facility.

• Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp.

• Once the order is shipped, please allow at least 4–12 days for delivery based on your location. The delivery time varies depending on the PIN code, region and courier service.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the details (Name, Address, Phone number, email ID, etc.) are complete and correct. We will not be responsible if an order cannot be confirmed / delivered due to incomplete and/or wrong details provided by customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

• If the package cannot be recovered, no refund will be provided.

• Customer needs to take a full video of receiving the package and unboxing of the product. This is a must in order to allow us to serve you better in case of discrepancies related to the order.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather and/or other external factors beyond our control.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

• In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our facility.

• You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product for re-confirming the order. You will need to bear the cost of re-shipping of the order. In case of pre-paid orders, your order will be re-shipped after confirmation and receipt of the re-shipping fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.
